2. Directory information
Listings are compiled from public sources and, where claimed, from information agencies provide. We take care to be accurate but do not guarantee that listing information is complete, current or correct. A listing is not an endorsement or recommendation, and we are not responsible for the services any agency provides. Always carry out your own checks before hiring.
3. Get matched
The matching service is free for businesses and provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee that we can find a suitable agency, and any contract you enter is between you and the agency.
4. Agencies
- Basic listings are free. We may decline, edit or remove listings at our discretion, for example if information cannot be confirmed.
- If you claim or submit a listing, you confirm you are authorised to do so and that the information is accurate and not misleading.
- Paid plans (Featured, Sponsor) are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. [Confirm refund policy and VAT treatment.]
- Paid placements are labelled as such and do not affect verification status or editorial descriptions.
5. Acceptable use

6. Liability
